To offer our customers extra security, we supply a guarantee certificate with each item. This certificate certifies the authenticity of the product and provides all essential information.

Here is some important information about our warranty:

  • The validity of the guarantee is subject to the correct use of the jewel and does not cover any damage caused by improper use or tampering.
  • Jewelery and watches are accompanied by a manufacturer's guarantee certificate, which covers a period of 24 months, plus any brand-specific guarantee extensions. All warranty instructions can be found in the booklet included in the package. Some brands may offer longer warranty periods.
  • The guarantee of the products purchased from Ciccimarra Gioielli has national and/or international validity depending on the brand. It can be used at all authorized dealers of the purchased brand. Alternatively, you can return the product to us for warranty handling.
  • The warranty repair service is free if the product defect is covered by the warranty. Otherwise, a quote will be provided by our assistance center, and it is up to the customer to decide whether or not to accept the paid repair.
  • Warranty repair times vary depending on the brand and can take from 15 to 60 working days.
  • Furthermore, the Jewels we produce are certified by Giancarlo Terruli, Graduated Gemologist of the Gemological Institute of Antwerp HDR


Please note that we may require a photograph of the damaged product to assess the eligibility of the warranty repair.
