Optimized satellite reception

In addition to receiving the GPS and GLONASS signals, fēnix 5 Plus has a Galileo geostationary satellite receiver to make localization even more precise. In support of navigation directions on the map, fēnix 5 Plus also has ABC sensors (altimeter, barometer and compass, compass) which make orientation and knowledge of the surrounding environment even easier. The altimeter generates altitude data to closely monitor the ascent and descent for mountain activities, while the 3-axis electronic compass, with inclination compensation, indicates the direction - whether in motion or stationary.
